We're Looking for an Enterprise Associate Inside Sales Rep to Join our Team!

Inbound_Marketing_v2Are you competitive and self-motivated? Do you have 1 to 2 years of previous sales and prospecting experience? Do you know how to speak to C-Level Executives? Do you want to join a high producing team in a fast-paced company?  If yes, then we would love to talk to you!

Linium/ServiceNow Enterprise Associate Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for successfully selling the Linium and ServiceNow value proposition to companies that have 500+ employees up to tens of thousands of employees.


In this role, you will:

  • Become an expert in inbound marketing
  • Use multiple lead-generation tools (Salesforce), selling techniques such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to generate potential sales leads
  • Serve as a brand enthusiast for Linium/ServiceNow’s suite of products and solutions
  • Conduct high volume prospecting for qualified leads (between 60 and 80 calls per day)
  • Work closely and collaboratively with an assigned Account Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business
  • Schedule strategy calls/online product demonstrations
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as new enhancements to existing solutions are introduced
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience using Salesforce
  • High ethical standards and values consistent with ours-hard work, integrity & team player
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a consultative sales environment
  • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment
  • The desire to meet a quota for daily, weekly, and monthly quality appointment goals and generating qualified leads that ultimately convert to booked pipeline revenue
  • Experience within a sales team that produces and exceeds their goals consistently
  • A sharp focus on your goals
  • The ability to advance the vision of the team
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Strong listening skills and be coachable
  • Tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
  • Superior communications skills

Required Education:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree
