Calling All ServiceNow Solutions Architects


Linium has an immediate full-time opening for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect in our Federal practice and we're looking for candidates local to the Washington, DC area. The ServiceNow Solution Architect should have previous ServiceNow experience/exposure with JavaScript programming skills. The ideal candidate should have an ITIL Foundation certification and knowledge of IT operations. Expert level written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail are equally important. 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work with Linium clients to present implementation vision
  • Create technical best practices to improve delivery, efficiency and quality of Linium’s projects. 
  • Assist with technical challenges across a portfolio of complex projects
  • Configuration and customization of ServiceNow
  • Development of required client specific reporting
  • Development of requirement integration components
  • Prepare all technology related client facing and internal deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 5 year experience in hands-on ServiceNow (either system administration, User Interface modification or architectural knowledge) meeting client requirements and performing system tuning
  • At least 5 years of experience in programming JavaScript or other related technologies
  • At least 5 years of experience in / with industry leading providers of help desk, IT service management, asset management, network and systems management or similar technologies
  • Experienced in leading other technical team members to a desired solution—requirements review, code reviews, support and coaching
  • At least 5 years of experience in demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills; written and oral
  • Thorough knowledge in SaaS deployments and supporting architecture
  • At least 5 year experience in / with ITIL
  • Experience with the configuration of applications, modules, user interface, tasks, emails and events
  • Understanding of packaging and migration of configurations
  • Ability to tailor existing ITIL workflows to customer requirements using workflow editor
  • Design of custom reports knowledge, and basic data loading principles
  • JavaScript programming experience and familiarity with SaaS deployments and supporting architecture.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Certified in ITIL Foundations
  • Certified in ServiceNow Administrator and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
