Linium is offering an exciting opportunity as a Digital Customer Experience Lead.  The right candidates will have a strong digital and e-commerce background.  

**This is a remote opportunity.  Candidates may be located anywhere in the US, but must be willing to travel.**

As a Digital Customer Experience Lead, you have an aptitude to think outside  the box. You are capable of taking great ideas and breathing life into them – making them real. You have a deep understanding of the customer experience and how to design and deliver solutions that provide measurable results. You see things differently from other people – visualizing design and development much like an art form. You know what it takes to deliver world class creative solutions for your customers.

Working in our UX/Design team, you will be part of our prototype infrastructure development efforts which is to create a framework to facilitate rapid UX design. You will be working with a passionate team who knows how to have fun and balance both their work and personal lives. 

Required Skills

  • 5+ years working on UI/UX Design experiences
  • Journey Maps
  • Wireframes
  • Personas
  • Overall Digital Marketing Content and Experience Strategy 
  • 5+ years working with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript code, methodologies and the technology and platforms that support online design
  • An online portfolio that demonstrates a strong design and development foundation
  • Hunger to adopt new technologies and evolve our internal prototype design platform
  • Consulting background is highly preferred
  • Willingness to travel

While it is ideal that the right candidates come from a consulting background, having experience with a digital agency would also work.  The key is that you understand digital experience.
