Certified ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Training Partner

Linium, a Ness Digital Engineering Company, is pleased to announce it has received certification to provide training in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery. Building on its recognition as an Authorized Training and Gold Partner, this designation expands Linium’s ability to deliver digital transformation to customers by leveraging the ServiceNow platform.    

ServiceNow HR Service Delivery enables companies to automate standard HR processes and simplify access to services, eliminating frustration and improving employee satisfaction. In providing employees with a single access point for efficient, personalized HR services, companies can streamline employee transitions, optimize service delivery, and enhance HR productivity.

With certification to provide training, Linium’s experts will supply in-depth knowledge and practice in configuring and using ServiceNow’s Human Resources Service Management (HRSM) application. Through a combination of course content and lab work, participants will learn how to leverage its capabilities; configure and define HR properties and services; auto‑assign HR cases based on skills; gain practical knowledge of HR case management and surveys; and drill into results using reporting and dashboards.

The HR Service Delivery Fundamentals course is designed for HR administrators, ServiceNow administrators, and consultants who need to implement, configure, and administer ServiceNow HR Service Management.
