This session applies service design's concept of the Four P’s: the People, the Processes, the Products (services, technology and tools) and the Partners (suppliers, manufacturers and vendors).   A "heat map" overlaying the ITSM framework of disciplines with traditional ITAM concepts will be presented to explore both people and process design components.
