PR and Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic PR and Marketing Manager to join our team and help grow our business in the financial services consulting world. The PR and Marketing function of the firm will be concerned with both the internal and external communication of excellence and accomplishment. By connecting the firm to the world and to the employees, we will drive celebration and content-based engagement between our most important stakeholders. The firm needs a function that is globally minded, structured, and business-aligned which can manage what we call the "PR/Marketing Lifecycle” and will manage the end-to-end process described below.

PR/Marketing Lifecycle
Absorb Business Strategy and Message >>>> Manage Content Generation >>>> Define Communication Strategy >>>> Channel Execution and Orchestration >>>> Collect Feedback and Drive Improvement

  • Absorb Business Strategy and Message. The PR and Marketing function will link into the business strategy and message and influence timelines and content generation and work with senior leadership and managers to refresh the strategy and message. Activities include: monthly review with senior leadership on the state of the PR/Marketing program, Semi-annual review and calibration of PR/Marketing activities with the company's goals, Real-time championing of the company's message to all stakeholders.
  • Manage Content Generation. The PR/Marketing group will facilitate (not create) the generation of all content (including being the champion of the (firms) style sheet, logos, look and feel):
    • Project qualifications (with project managers/leads)
    • Consultant bios (with HR)
    • Consultant Skills Matrix (with HR)
    • White papers (with Practice heads)
    • Blogs and social media posts (with employees)
    • Speeches and public speaking (with speech givers encompassing TV, written media, conferences)
    • Webinars
    • Podcasts
  • Define Communication Strategy.
    • Strategic long term strategy – the nuts and bolts of what we are to be doing over the next 1-3 years
    • Case-by-case strategy – for each PR/Marketing touchpoint, a plan and strategy will be determined real-time and communicated with stakeholders for refinement and approval
    • Ensure appropriate FTEs are media-trained to speak on radio and TV news shows and participate in other public speaking engagements
    • Manage creation and dissemination of press releases
    • Manage conference participation (panels, roundtables, booths)
  • Channel Execution and Orchestration. PR/Marketing function will execute the messaging to the target audience with a standard playbook depending on channel (TV, newspaper, social media, e.g., Twitter, Facebook), company website, external website, conferences, town halls, internal meetings, etc.). They would also manage any 3rd party firms that are hired to support our PR/Marketing efforts
  • Collect Feedback and Drive Improvement. Post-mortem collection and collation of the feedback from PR/Marketing targets where possible and analysis and communication of effectiveness back to company leadership, management, practice and account managers. Develop and maintain metrics on effectiveness of market campaigns

Qualifications and Qualities we are looking for in a candidate:
This is a mid-level person as this role involves a lot of execution.

  • Idea-generator that is proactive and a self-starter
  • Comprehensive knowledge of PR and marketing within the realm of financial services consulting
  • 7-10 years of experience
  • Ability to multi-task and execute on multiple projects in an efficient manner
  • Professional and polished – this position will have high visibility and will be working primarily with director levels at the company
  • An interest in turning a small business unit into a much larger one. This role is all about growth.
  • Getting busy people into meetings and coming out with results and an agreed way forward that is lucid and growth-oriented.
  • A solid body of work to share in the interview process
  • 4-year degree in a related field such as Business, Marketing, or Computer Science
  • 3 years of experience supporting SEO, PPC, Websites / Digital Marketing

Sr. Business Analyst – ServiceNow – Remote

Linium is currently recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Linium team! The Senior Business Analyst is primarily responsible for providing support of ServiceNow solutions to Linium customers. The Business Analyst will define requirements, project recommendations, while keeping specific Service level agreements intact, and suggesting process improvements. Additionally, this candidate will be running workshops, creating use cases, and providing work flow analysis. This position is based out of Albany, NY with the option to work remote, but some travel may be required.

  • Facilitate requirement analysis workshops to translate business requirements
  • Provide gap analysis before and during implementation

Resource Management

Director of Resource Management and Delivery - Remote

Linium is currently recruiting for a Director of Resource Management and Delivery to join our Linium team! The Director of Resource Management and delivery is primarily responsible for managing the resource allocations, availability and forecast overviews to the to Linium delivery teams and executive management. The candidate will also review Statement of Works (SOWs) and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to set up proper billing and assign appropriate resources to new opportunities.
