Solution Architect

Linium is currently recruiting for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our Linium team! The Solution Architect is primarily responsible for the development of strategy, design and supporting successful implementation of digital solutions to Linium customers.

Additional duties of the role:

  • Work with company clients to present implementation vision
  • Create technical best practices to improve delivery, efficiency and quality of Linium’s projects
  • Assist with technical challenges across a portfolio of complex projects
  • Development of required client specific reporting
  • Development of requirement integration components
  • Prepare all technology related client facing and internal deliverables

Successful candidates will possess the following skills and experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in system architectural knowledge, prior design and implementation experience, defining and meeting client requirements and performing system tuning
  • At least 5 years of experience in/with industry leading providers of help desk, IT service management, asset management, network and systems management or similar technologies
  • Experienced in leading other technical team members to a desired solution—requirements review, code reviews, support and coaching
  • Strong knowledge and experience with ITIL best practices
  • Experience with the configuration of applications, modules, user interface, tasks, emails and events
  • Understanding of packaging and migration of configurations

  • Conducts industry research and compiles research analysis

Successful Candidates will possess the following skills and experiance:

  • 5-7 years of related experience with a management consulting firm, software organization or a minimum of 5 years industry experience in an IT or business operations, finance or related function
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Ability to create and present executive level presentations
  • ITIL v3 Expert Preferred

  • Owns delivery process of professional services to customers
  • Acts as the project team lead on all system integrations
  • Facilitate requirement analysis workshops to translate business requirements
  • Plan and deliver project kick-off meetings
  • Provide project status reporting for stakeholders
  • Identify upsell opportunities and engage Sales & Pre-Sales teams as needed
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction throughout the full engagement cycle

Successful candidates will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Proven project leadership experience with enterprise software implementations

Additional duties of the role:

  • Own the full life cycle of the ServiceNow platform implementation process, from strategy and design to training and delivery
  • Collaborate with Sales to create the Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Lead a group of forward-thinking visionaries to ensure successful delivery of the project, proactively identifying and implementing necessary changes to the scope of the project as needed
  • Establish strong rapport with clients, keeping both internal and external stakeholders informed of progress on a consistent basis
  • Continuously improve the customer experience by connecting the value and benefit of the ServiceNow platform to client needs and objectives

Successful candidates will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Have a proven track record of success in deploying SaaS-based or ITIL-related solutions in a client environment
  • Possess a thorough understanding and working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and project management methodologies. ServiceNow Certification, PMP, and/or ITILv3 certification preferred
  • Have experience with both MSP and Domain Separation

UI/UX Designer

Linium is currently recruiting for a Senior UI/UX Developer to join our Linium team! The Senior UI/UX Designer will be passionate about web design and development, take pride in and ownership of assigned projects, possess a desire to learn new approaches and technology. These attributes will be expected throughout all phases of UI/UX team projects including requirements gathering, design, development, usability testing, deployment, and maintenance.
 
Additional duties of the role:

  • Create, facilitate and maintain UI/UX patterns, coding standards, and socialize UI/UX coding standards
  • Developing wireframes from requirements and test working HTML, CSS, and jQuery prototypes from approved mockups.
  • Ensuring coded prototypes are consistent with corporate branding, style guides, design patterns and other requirements
  • Help identify and evaluate new technologies and methodologies regarding UI/UX development
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
  • Communicate and collaborate with other UI/UX team members, application developers, business analysts, project managers, project leads, stakeholders and users.  

Successful candidates will possess the following skills and experience:

  • 5 years minimum developing front ends for enterprise level web applications
  • 6 years developing with JavaScript frameworks such as EXTJS, Angular JS, HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Expert knowledge of specifications Bootstrap framework and developing with Bootstrap HTML Email
  • Expertise developing responsive HTML emails web accessibility.
  • Experience integrating WCAG standards in design.
  • Experience with prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, Sketch, Axure, InVision and Adobe XD.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
  • ServiceNow exposure is preferred, but not required
