Seiden has been developing, implementing and managing enterprise service management solutions for over 19 years. During his experience, he has worked as a Senior Technical Consultant at CDI LLC and other organizations fine tuning his skills. He specializes in technology integrations and data mapping and holds a ServiceNow Administrator Certification.
