Employee Benefits


Linium's benefit package is designed to meet your needs as well as your family's.  Since we consider the Linium employee relationship to be a true partnership, we offer customized plans and programs for all our staff.

   
Medical Insurance
A Blues company with a national reach includes a wide variety of physician services, advocacy and wellness programs.  Eligible on first day of employment with a maximum 50% company contribution for a family or a single plan.
Supplemental Insurance

Employees can elect to purchase additional coverage from Aflac for the following:  Accident Indemnity Advantage,  Short-term Disability, and/or a Personal Cancer Indemnity Plan.


Long-Term Disability
Company paid long-term disability coverage for the employee.   Eligible the first of the month following 90 days of service.

 
 
 
 401-K Plan
Employees have the option to participate in our 401K plan.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Employees have the option to participate in Medical and/or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts.
Time Off!
