The technology recruiter/business partner is responsible for developing and executing sourcing and selection strategies to meet talent requirements of the technology business lines. This function includes managing relationships with hiring managers in order to strategize around talent acquisition activity and to develop effective resourcing plans.
The technology recruiter/business partner is responsible for developing and executing sourcing and selection strategies to meet talent requirements of the technology business lines. This function includes managing relationships with hiring managers in order to strategize around talent acquisition activity and to develop effective resourcing plans.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving as lead talent acquisition partner for technology business lines while working very closely with HR Business Partners.
- Act as primary point of contact for all recruiting efforts.
- Implement innovative sourcing to identify and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Screen and interview candidates to provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Development of job description
- Manage employee onboarding process.
- Act as an effective project manager with a strong focus on exceptional client servicing.
- Focus on industry trends and forecasting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- 5 to 7 years of corporate recruitment experience.
- Proven direct sourcing experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully negotiate
- Strategic thinker.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
