New York broker dealer is seeking candidates with Fixed Income operations or middle office trade support backgrounds to directly support the Fixed Income trading desk.

Responsibilities include:

• Daily P&L and reconciliation
• Support/facilitate US Treasury Auction
• Reconcile FICC and monitor real time comparisons.
• Act as a liaison between the trading desk and operations.
• Monitor trading positions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years Fixed Income trade support experience (corporate bonds, US Treasuries, Agencies, MBS, Repo)
• Strong MBS experience preferred
• Experience with Bloomberg
• Overall understanding of the Fixed Income markets
• Excellent communication skills             
• Extremely detail oriented and comfortable in a fast paced trading environment
• Proactive attitude
