Enterprise Performance Management

Senior BI Consultant

The Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Consultant - Insight Practice is an integral part of the configuration, delivery and implementation phases of Business Intelligence and Analytics projects. Under supervision of a Director and/or project manager, the Senior BI Consultant gathers information to create, develop and enhance project deliverables that meet the customer's expectations. The Senior BI Consultant will be working in a project environment and interacting with various levels of individuals at the customer site, including budgeting and planning managers and financial analysts. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Performs a variety of cross-project tasks working with client and Linium team members including many of the below:

  • Lead functional requirement gathering with client resources
  • Translate requirements to technical solution architecture
  • Lead logical and physical data modeling activities
  • Architect and develop ETL processes in variety of tools
  • Develop and iterate meta data for various tools
  • Develop dashboard content in BIFS, BICS and Endeca
  • Configure ETL, metadata and Dashboards for OBIA
  • Lead functional design sessions with client resources
  • Know and communicate best practices in various areas of solution
    • Data Marts / Data Warehouse
    • Dashboards and Visualizations

Qualifications - Required Skills/Experience:

  • Hands on design, configuration and delivery experience implementing Oracle Business Intelligence products through at least two full lifecycle projects, however three or more is generally preferred.
  • Candidate must be comfortable working in a project environment and interacting with various levels of individuals at the customer site, including business analysts. 
  • Functional background of common business processes.
  • Creative problem solving and data analysis skills.
  • Recognized ability to present written/oral information clearly for a variety of audiences, including management and Client Leadership
  • Strong interpersonal characteristics and the ability to collaborate constructively with customers, managers and team members from both technical and non-technical backgrounds.

Enterprise Service Management

Manager - Project & Portfolio Management

The position is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating project activities to ensure that project goals are accomplished within the specified time frame and funding parameters.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Responsible for direction, planning and execution of activities to ensure desired business needs and objectives are met.
  • Consults with management and reviews project proposals to determine project scope, schedule, and resources requirements
  • Prepares project plans at the task, milestone and resource level
  • Tracks project against plan, anticipates events which may require contingency plans, recommends corrective action, and ensures stakeholders are kept informed

Qualifications

Project Accountant

A Linium Project Accountant works as part of the Finance Department. The Project Accountant is responsible for the project billing process, including customer correspondence as required, verifying employee’s chargeable time; in accordance with the established accounting standards and billing policies. This role works collaboratively across the spectrum of professionals within Linium.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Performs assigned documentation tasks in support of Linium team members:
  • Effectively communicate with Project Managers (PM) and Principals-in-Charge (PIC), regarding contract documents, change orders and other contract Modifications, approvals, and any 
  • additional services-related to billing.
  •  Prepare invoices for all billable projects.
  • Research any unbilled issues to optimize the billing possibilities for the billing period.
  • Maintain the billing folders for all projects, with all the appropriate documents.
  • Set up new projects in company system.
  • Recommend and implement agreed process improvements to the billing cycle.
  • Prepare special project analyses for the PICs, PMs and others.
  • Provide year-end support of auditor requirements, which may include research and reconciliation.
  • Perform additional assignments, as directed by Finance management.

Qualifications - Required Skills/Experience:

The Project Accountant is an entry to mid-level role requiring at least two years of college course work (associate degree preferred) with an emphasis on accounting or a general business.

  • Intermediate to advance computer literacy, including experience in word processing, spreadsheets and accounting software.
  • Proven ability to work under time constraints to ensure critical deadlines are met
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office products (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), including formulas, pivot tables, etc.

Enterprise Service Management

Resource Manager

The Resource Manager is responsible for maintaining resource management data integrity in Linium’s Resource Management system to support resource and Project Management decisions.  This position will collaborate with Delivery team members to maintain accurate resource plans & views of existing projects and will work closely with Sales team members to discuss resource availability and forecasted opportunity closures for which booking of resources is imminent.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify of team members for client projects based on availability and skill set match
  • Monitor and communicate current and near-term delivery capacity
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for all levels of the organization, from  individual contributor commitments to high-level management views of practice resources
  • Host resource management meetings to discuss current and future resource commitments, needs, and questions
