ServiceNow Senior Account Director, MSP (Remote)

Linium, a Master Solutions & Training Partner of ServiceNow, has a career defining opportunity for a Sr. Account Director within our MSP practice. 

This is a remote opportunity.  Candidates may be located anywhere in the US. 

Many Managed Service Providers (MSPs) still operate on legacy, fragmented systems that were not designed to enable today's service model.

With the help of our experts, MSPs can not only improve efficiency across your operations, but drive integration with business processes and systems, and eliminate costs associated with redundant service systems and infrastructure investments.

The Senior Account Director is responsible for both the sales and successful delivery of all consulting services in a territory. They are expected to grow their territory for consulting through a strong partnership with the sales organization. The Senior Account Director is also expected to manage their business (bookings, revenue, margin)— maintain financial controls including margin, chargeability, and quarterly bookings and revenue forecasting on a weekly basis; and regularly pursue strategic business development opportunities in the region.

What you get to do in this role:

Sales Support

  • Support and drive the services sales cycle, with local sales team and Partners to grow/sell ServiceNow Services
  • Own the Services Business Development activities in a territory
  • Create high level business solutions for ITSM/Cloud Based Solutions
  • Proposal creation -­- Create estimates, negotiate rates, develops statements of work and work through pre-­-sales T&Cs with customers

 Project Mobilization Support

  • Act as the Services point of contact during the pre-­-sales to delivery transitions – fulfilling all required customer communication until an Engagement Manager is assigned to the project
  • Ensure a successful internal and customer transition to the delivery team

 Delivery Oversight

  • Project Portfolio Governance -­- Provides project oversight for every SN delivered PS engagement within territory to ensure projects are delivered on-­-time and within budget
  • Achieve Customer satisfaction targets for the projects delivered in the territory
  • Identify and drive key customers for services references
  • Revenue Protection & Growth:
  • Achieve Quarterly targets for revenue and margin
  • Work with partners to grow an eco-­-system for both partner led and subcontracting resources
  • Initial point of contact within territory in support of territory sales leader and team

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong seasoned Senior ITSM/ServiceNow Executive with global account management experience
  • Deep understanding of the MSP space is requiredAt least 7 years of experience with ServiceNow is required
  • Large, multi-tenancy domain separation experience is highly preferred
  • ITIL v3, and ServiceNow certifications are highly preferred
  • Strong account management skills with ability to direct resources both strategically and operationally 
  • Experience with Enterprise Software and Transformation Programs and the complex delivery programs associated with these 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills 
  • Understanding of and experience in enterprise IT Architecture  
  • Background in IT, ITIL, Service Management, Asset Management, IT Management.

The HR Coordinator provides administrative support with HR functions across all levels of the organization and employees nationwide. The HR Coordinator works out of the Corporate Headquarters in Albany, NY.  

 Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create planning reports from cell text, supporting detail or annotations (Planning)
  • Use Hyperion business rules for setting up new calculations or runtime prompts (Planning specific)
  • Develop dashboards using web services

Qualifications - Required Skills/Experience:
The Senior Consultant requires an accredited college degree in a business-related field (bachelor degree preferred) and four or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Hands on design, configuration and delivery experience implementing Hyperion Planning through at least two full lifecycle projects, however three or more is generally preferred.
  • Candidate must be comfortable working in a project environment and interacting with various levels of individuals at the customer site, including Budgeting and Planning Managers and Financial Analysts.
  • Functional background of budgeting and planning processes, or accounting.
  • Creative problem solving and data analysis skills.
  • Recognized ability to present written/oral information clearly for a variety of audiences, including management and Financial Leadership
  • Strong interpersonal characteristics and the ability to collaborate constructively with customers, managers and team members from both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
  • Excellent organizational traits and ability to coordinate multiple activities in a complex, dynamic work environment, including virtual teams.
  • Ability to deliver under time constraints to ensure critical deadlines are met.
  • Strong aptitude and proficiency in MS Office products including but not limited to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Conscientious, self-motivated worker with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
