Joe Burke
Chief Executive Officer

As co-founder and Linium’s Chief Executive Officer since its creation in 2000, Joe Burke’s primary focus is on helping clients across North America achieve operational efficiencies by aligning entire organizations, from IT to Finance to Operations and beyond. Under his leadership, Linium has experienced double-digit growth year-over-year, being named to Inc. 5000’s list of fastest growing companies three years running, and has cultivated a successful team of over 500 employees nationwide. Burke holds a B.S. in Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy.

Dave Howard
Chief Information Officer

Dave Howard, co-founder and Chief Information Officer of Linium, brings with him a combination of technical expertise and hands-on start-up experience. He has 20 years of experience growing businesses with innovative communications and interface-intensive applications. As Chief Information Officer, Howard has built much of the key computing, network and technological infrastructure for Linium. Howard graduated from Siena College in 1991.

Barbara Joyner
Chief Financial Officer

Barbara Joyner currently serves as Linium's Chief Financial Officer. With over 20 years of experience serving in all aspects of the finance department, Joyner understands the day-to-day challenges and the need for financial transparency and visibility. She has led numerous projects within Linium to streamline key planning and budgeting processes and continues to drive innovation throughout Linium. Joyner holds a B.A. in Accounting from Siena College.

Rachel Slater
Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer

Rachel Slater joined Linium in 2002 and currently serves as Linium's Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer. She is instrumental in helping Linium achieve major industry accolades, such as recognition as thought leaders in renowned organizations (itSMF, IAITAM, ITIL, CFO Magazine), including being recognized as a leader in providing IT Service Management implementation services by Forrester Research, Inc. in The Forrester Wave™: North American ITSM Implementation Services Providers, Q2 2014 report, one of the twenty most powerful cloud companies in CIO Story, and named to Inc. 5000's list of fastest growing companies. She works closely with clients to help them understand what it takes to streamline their operations, allowing them to focus on innovation. Slater holds a Masters of Computer Science and Business, as well as a Managing Innovative Business Technology Masters and B.S. in Interactive Multimedia, Design and Marketing from Champlain College and University of Florida.

Don Brandt
Executive Vice President of Sales

Don Brandt, Executive Vice President (EVP) of Sales brings an established, successful 20 year sales career based on leadership positions at top-tier firms. As Linium’s EVP of Sales since 2009, Brandt’s primary focus is the direction and management of all sales operations, including market competitiveness, pricing, distribution and channel strategy. Brandt works closely with Linium’s clients to help them solve operational inefficiencies by leveraging enterprise cloud-based solutions to build, power, and deploy completely customizable and scalable services and applications on one platform. By linking IT and Finance to other business units such as HR, Legal, Sales and Marketing, organizations streamline how people, process, and technology interact across the enterprise. As a result, he is instrumental in driving Linium’s achievements by maintaining key client relationships as a trusted advisor and implementing strategic initiatives to continually grow Linium’s client base. 

Angie Masini
Chief Operations Officer

Angie Masini currently serves as Linium's Chief Operations Officer. As a strategic and forward-thinking professional, Masini brings 15+ years of experience aligning technology operations initiatives with business needs in technically complex environments. Her career spans the finance industry, with expertise in ITIL-based service management, as well as development of service desk solutions that create streamlined business processes and increased efficiency. Masini has been instrumental in implementing cloud-based enterprise planning and service management applications within Linium. Masini is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and attended the University of Phoenix focusing on Business Administration.
